Proofs / Returns / Shipping

Proofs

  • Proofs will be emailed to you at the email you provided at checkout within 24-48 hours of purchase (Monday - Friday)
  • Custom invites are excluded from the 24-48 hour window
  • 1 complimentary proof revision is provided after the initial proof is sent - this will include any and all changes you may need for your item; additional proofs needed are $5 each
  • Once proofs are approved, we are unable to make any additional changes so please triple check all spelling, date and time, rsvp info, everything, to insure all your info is correct before approving. Once approved, any reprints required due to error will be the client's financial responsibility. 

Returns

  • Since all items are made-to-order, all items are FINAL SALE

Shipping

  • Standard shipping is with USPS, but USPS does not offer guaranteed delivery dates
  • If you need your items by a specific date that is quickly approaching, we recommend upgrading to UPS shipping
  • All Holiday Cards ship with UPS. USPS is not an option for these items
  • We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once they get into the hands of USPS or UPS, it is out of our control. If your package is missing, step one is to reach out to the shipping carrier. I am happy to assist in any way that I can if your package is missing but ultimately I cannot control what happens in transit.Â
